Requirements:

  • Experience working with couples and interest in working with LGBT+ couples

  • Experience working with driven, high-achieving adults outside of a residential, IOP, or PHP setting​

  • Experience or strong interest in private/group practice setting â€‹

  • Lifelong love of learning

  • EMDR training a big plus!

  • Employer Provides Employees with:

    Fair hourly wages:

    For licensed therapists the hourly wage is $90 per clinical hour and $30 per administrative hour.

    For prelicensed therapists, the hourly wage starts at $50 per clinical hour and $25 per administrative hour.

    Paid sick time (1 hr accrued for every 30 hours worked with a max of 48 hours accrued)

    Full time employees (18+ client hours per week) receive Cigna + Oscar Platinum PPO health insurance

    Full time employees receive vision insurance and life insurance

    401k with automatic 3% employer contribution offered to ALL employees after the first 90 days of employment

    Expectations of Employees:

    Provide high quality therapy

    Pre-licensed employees attend weekly individual or triadic supervision

    Collaborate with owner on an initial marketing plan to fill your caseload. Please know it takes time to build a caseload in private practice. We estimate it will take 6-9 months. After your initial marketing duties are done (some videos, a blog or two) you are not expected to participate in marketing activities unless you want to.

    Complete required documentation from previous week by Sunday at 9pm, including session notes, diagnoses and treatment plans, and notes from consultation and care coordination calls with other providers

    Engage in ongoing education and training ​

    Responsibility of Owner:

    Timely payment for services

    All financial and legal management of the company

    Nurture a positive work environment focused on the success of clients and employees alike, where clients feel supported and therapists are free to explore their professional identity and interests

    Directing all marketing, promotion, and public-facing information

    Provide administrative foundation to employees so they can focus on giving their clients the best care

    Provide individual and triadic supervision to prelicensed employees

    Regular community meetings to foster professional relationships and support among all employees
